  The company was taken over by Marks Marine Radio Pvt Ltd in 1999.

  The company is IS0 certified by DNV since 1999. It is now 9001-2008 DNV certified.

  The company is also registered as a Ship Repair Unit with Directorate General of Shipping Government of India.
